OFFICE POLICY

It is the policy of Dr. Chubuike Enyereibe Anucha and his medical practice not to discriminate against current or prospective patients with disabilities, including individuals with HIV or AIDS. Dr. Anucha may refer an individual with a disability, including HIV or AIDS, to another medical provider if the individual needs treatment or services outside of Dr. Anucha’s area of specialization, and if Dr. Anucha would make a similar referral for an individual without a disability.
